Does either the Margot or the Taylor come with a panel?
The Margot and the Taylor do not come with a panel. Each bag can be worn without a panel on its own. Panels add another layer of customization but are not a necessity.
Can I carry a Margot or Taylor without a panel?
Eponymous handbags look fantastic without panels.
Can I buy a bag now and a panel later?
Panel and bag specifications will not change as new seasonal collections are introduced, so your personal collection of bags and panels will always fit perfectly together.
How do I change a panel?
Eponymous panels attach easily onto the bags by fastening over studs at the top, and feet at the bottom, of each bag. The result is an elegant and seamless new look. Panels add limitless options at home and when traveling to transform the appearance of the bag. Click here for an illustration.
Does the Anna Hobo Bag have interchangeable panels?
The Anna Hobo Bag will offer beautiful interchangeable handles instead of panels to evoke Eponymous's signature bespoke quality (coming soon!)
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All bags displayed online are either in stock or available for pre-order.
Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us at email@example.com to make any changes after an order is placed and before it has shipped.
When will I get my bag?
All orders will be processed in 3 working days from receipt of payment, and, if in stock, will be shipped within 5 working days. The Emily, Lucia and Sallie panels are custom made, so require an additional 4-6 weeks shipping time.
Do you offer gift cards?

I have a discount code; how do I apply it to my order?
If discounts or promotions apply, after you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. You will find space to enter your promotional code on the Shipping & Payment page. Enter the promotional code exactly as you received it and click ‘submit’. Your total will be recalculated with the discount applied.
The promotional code will only be applied to your purchase if it is entered accurately and the code is still valid. Please refer to specific promotional details for complete terms and conditions. Offers are only valid while stocks last and are subject to verification by Eponymous.

What are shipping rates and costs?
There are four delivery options for the mainland US:
UPS Ground (generally delivers in 5 - 8 business days): $ 20.00
UPS 2nd Day (generally delivers in 2 business days): $ 35.00
UPS Next Day (generally delivers the next business day): $ 45.00
What is your Shipping Policy?
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS Next Day Air, Ground, etc). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Eponymous is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
For security reasons, Eponymous online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, that are not available through UPS.
Due to state restrictions on the sale of python skins in the state of California, Eponymous is unable to ship python items to an address in the state of California.
Is a signature required?
A signature is required for delivery.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Eponymous to the final shipping destination. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for they are no longer covered by insurance.

Which countries do you ship to?
Eponymous currently ships to the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you live outside of this region and would like to place an order, please Contact Us.
How do I return an item?
Full priced Merchandise can be returned for an EXCHANGE ONLY. Sale, discounted and promotional items CANNOT be returned or exchanged at any time.
If you wish to return any item for an exchange:
You must submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service department within 5 days upon receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have received your RA, take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location, or schedule a pick-up by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please note that items must be returned to UPS within 5 days of receiving your RA. The RA number must be written on the copy of your original invoice and on the return shipping label included in the returned parcel. We will only refund return shipping costs where the item returned is defective. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed. When returning gifts, please provide the name of the person under which the item was purchased on eponymousnewyork.com.
Items must be shipped insured, with shipment tracking and signature required for delivery. Please also pack your handbag securely prior to shipping so that it will not be damaged during return shipping. Eponymous is not liable for loss or damage that occurs to products during return shipping.
Please note that items to be exchanged must be returned new and in their original condition. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted. Handbags and panels that show any signs of wear, use or damage are not eligible for exchange. If Eponymous determines that your handbag is not eligible for an exchange. If Eponymous determines that your handbag is not eligible for an exchange, we will contact you to make arrangements for returning your handbag to you at your expense.
These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.eponymousnewyork.com. Any Eponymous product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy. Eponymous reserves the right to change the Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return/exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Eponymous's decision shall be final.
Is there a warranty on the bags and panels?
Eponymous does not offer a warranty on the bags and panels. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a defective bag please see below.
What if I receive a bag or panel that is defective?
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will exchange or repair goods that are defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. Eponymous will determine whether your product is defective. Once we receive your handbag and/or panel, we will inspect and test it to determine whether it qualifies for an exchange. If Eponymous determines that the handbag or panel is defective in material or workmanship, we will replace it with an identical or similarly priced item free of charge and reimburse the cost of return shipping. If you elect to repair the item, the cost of repair will be borne by Eponymous. Before returning a defective item please contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Can I return a bag or panel I received as a gift?
No direct refund can be provided for returned Gifts. You will receive a gift certificate by email or Product Exchange as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.
We intend to deliver our service with the maximum of respect for our clients’ privacy and with the minimum amount of information collection and retention as possible.
Consistent with our intent we use the following services to handle our transactions:
1) Shopify handles all of the transaction details except processing of credit card payments, through our storefront which is eponymousnewyork.com. Shopify provides the storefront and transaction processing:
- hosting the website and shopping cart “eponymousnewyork.com”;
- handling all emails to and from the store;
- collecting and presenting information to facilitate the sale including:
1. credit card numbers;
2. personal contact information;
3. shipping address;
2) Chase Paymentech and Authorize.net provide payment services to Shopify, which brokers the transaction for Eponymous New York. Authorize.net securely collects your credit card information and lets Shopify know if you are approved or not approved. Authorize.net provides payment services including:
- accepting credit card information from Shopify and returning a status of approved or not approved;
- routing payments.
3) MailChimp handles our email list and mailing service. Mailchimp provides email services for the Eponymous Newsletter for those customers who opt-in to receive marketing materials from Eponymous including:
- maintaining the subscriber list including subscribing, unsubscribing,
spam filtering and ancillary services;
- hosting the email generation and distribution;
- providing web access to the newsletter for text only mail readers;
Credit card information is shared between Shopify and Authorize.net only. Eponymous does not have access to your credit card information.
The only personal information that Eponymous receives is your order information, which includes your name and shipping address. We delete this information as soon as the item is shipped. In the event of a problem with shipping, the information is retrieved from Shopify and used to assist in resolving the issue and then destroyed again. All of our service providers have privacy policies which are consistent with our intent and applicable Federal and State privacy legislation.
When Will Eponymous Share Information:
1) Eponymous will share information with our partners in the ordinary functioning of our business as disclosed by this policy statement and in the policy statements of our partners.
2) We will disclose information to the police in the event of any unlawful activity including but not limited to fraud and theft.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here or by means of a notice on our homepage so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
